Reflection
Through this process, I hope that everyone enjoyed the posed recipes and learned a little about healthy recipes and what makes a recipe student-friendly. From this experience, I learned that I have the time to cook and make healthy recipes despite my lack of time due to school. I learned that there are a variety of different healthy recipes that are tasty and packed full of nutrition. The purpose of this product was to create a small starting guide of healthy recipes that students could enjoy during the school year. I wanted this guide to be a starting point where people can learn what makes a recipe student-friendly and how to determine if a healthy recipe fits those student-friendly criteria. I think that eating healthy is an important part of a healthy lifestyle, especially during the school year, I always find it nice to sit down and eat a good meal after a long day of learning. I hope that people can use my guide to start their own student-friendly recipe books so that students will have the resources to create healthy meals during the school year.
